Please remember to show up for your scheduled mass 15 minutes before the mass! Please remember to find a replacement, as soon as possible, if you are unable to serve at your scheduled mass. Make sure to read the IMPORTANT note at the top of this schedule. We have many new Altar Servers that served for the first time over the summer. You all did a great job; remember to call me if you have any questions or problems, and review your instructions sheet and pay attention during mass when you are not serving. Remember that the server who holds the cross is always leading everyone in or out of church, including the priests..

NOTE:  PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND A SUBSTITUTE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SERVE AT YOUR SCHEDULED MASS.  If you have misplaced your “Phone List” please contact me.  If you are unable to find a substitute or have any questions, please contact me as soon as possible.  Unless there is an emergency, there is no excuse for “no shows” and you should not be looking for a sub less than 24 hours before the mass.  If you have a problem with the masses I have been scheduling for you, please contact me and we can work it out.  All new servers should have served at least two times by now and be more comfortable with what they need to do.  If you need help, please call me.  We have many servers with preferences for different masses.  I try to give you your preferences as much as possible, but I appreciate your flexibility.  Thank you for your help and dedication to the Saint Stephen Community!
