Good Friday is a Christian religious holiday commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and his death at Calvary.
The holiday is observed during Holy Week as part of the Paschal Triduum on the Friday preceding Easter Sunday, and may coincide with the Jewish observance of Passover.
It is a day of fasting and abstinence.
There will be Stations of the Cross in Church at 3 pm (the time we believe Jesus died on the cross)
There will be a Good Friday service in Church at 7:30 pm which will include a Veneration of the Cross.
